If you are late on debt repayments, your creditors may engage forex debt collectors to collect what is due from you. They may threaten you with lot of things but you don’t have to worry much because they can’t do anything that is not permitted by the law. However, you should be very careful while responding to their threats. Whatever you speak up will be used as evidence against you at a court in case your creditors initiate legal proceedings against you. It is, therefore, important to keep a record of all your conversation with the debt collectors. Write the questions and your answers down so that it will be easy for your attorney to defend you at the court. Once you make a promise, even if it is an oral agreement, you cannot relegate on it.
